My story. How it all started.

From music to digital entertainment, web development, and educating

My creativity started with music. From a young age I wanted nothing more than to become a famous musician. I started playing guitar when I was 8. By age 12 I had started a rock band, which then transitioned into a punk rock band throughout my teenage years. At the age of 18 and after moving multiple times from Ohio to Florida and back, I started the tech metal band Caligula. We had some success, released a nation wide EP and went on tour.

After the band broke up I started looking for other areas that I could get into and utilize my creative side. My love for video games inspired me to enroll into college. After a few years and way too many student loans I graduated top of my class with a multiple degrees in web design and video development.

After teaching at Full Sail University for over 3 years I decided to pursure a Masters Degree. The Masters Degree has prepared me to be an expert in a leadership role.

Provide challenging course work in JavaScript, jQuery, and Front-End design and usability. Provide creative and interesting curriculum for lectures and lab assignments. Manage student environment experience.

May. 2009 - Oct. 2012

Head of the design team on multi-million dollar military & commercial contracts. As the lead designer, helped Riptide obtain a $45 million dollar military contract, as well as, design, brand, and market a revolutionary poker training website. Responsible for all internal & external designs & layouts while under rigorous production deadlines. Works fast and efficiently while maintaining 100% client satisfaction.

May. 2010 - Oct. 2012

Designed and developed user base driven business for wedding gown resale purposes.Used HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, jQuery in delivering the final working product.

Mar. 2009 - May. 2009

Worked closely with the development team on Madden 2010 until Gold release. Responsible for testing & debugging Madden 10 while maintaining all goals, deadlines & expectations. Credited on Madden 2010.

There are tons of things that keep me busy, when I'm not spending time with my family, I enjoy playing music and console gaming.

Playing Music

I've played many instruments over the years, but my instrument of choice is the guitar. My favorite is the Gibson Les Paul Series. My amp of choice has been the Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier.

Gaming

I am currently rocking out the Playstation 4. I have always been a console gamer at heart. My backlog is so full it is hard to stay ontop of the current games. However, I am currently playing Bloodborne and loving every second of it.
